30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories attached.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@nuotaooutdoor.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions and address.
- Pack the item securely with the original packaging and any included accessories.
- Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items, where we will cover the cost. If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
- Personal care or hygiene-related items after opening.
